Lucky, lucky and lucky. My husband and I were very nervous about moving to a foreign city with two kids. She immediately understood our hurdles and was able to answer all our questions. I was much more comfortable after our first meeting and drive seeing homes. We never felt uncomfortable about asking to see more houses and seeing the same house multiple times. We've moved 4 times in the past 5 years and without a doubt, Martha made this transition so smooth compared to other experiences we've had. She was on top of all transactions. !!! I don’t even know where to begin. I moved my wife and kids to Tucson when the pandemic had just hit and we knew absolutely no one here. We were staying in an apartment temporarily and couldn’t even find toilet paper. Martha stopped by and dropped us off necessities! The market was crazy. We bid on and lost on many houses but she helped us patiently through the whole process encouraging us along the way until we found our perfect home. Then while moving into our new home I blew out my knee. Martha came over the next day and brought me a pair of crutches to borrow. She is a class act. A caring person who will bend over backwards to help you while you search for your place to call home. She knows the market, the school districts and can answer all your questions.
